Subject:  Holiday Gift Giving

The Holiday season is rapidly approaching us!  By tradition at this special time of year, we pause to show our appreciation for the work we have accomplished together and share in the seasonal “spirit of giving”.

In order to keep within our business ethics guidelines and to prevent uncomfortable situations which may occur from receiving gifts; I would like to ask all NSK STEERING SYSTEMS AMERICA, Inc. (NSSA) business partners and suppliers to refrain from sending us any gifts this holiday season, regardless of their value.  If you would like to send your holiday wishes to NSSA or our team members, sending a card would be most appropriate.  It will be displayed in our offices for the holidays. 

In the event gifts are still received at NSSA, we will return them to the sender.  Perishables, such as fruit baskets will be donated to charitable organizations.
